Park system offers Wood Days, more

The Monmouth County Park System is offering free activities during January, beginning with Wood Days from noon-2 p.m. Jan. 10. And on Jan. 11, a blacksmith demonstration will be offered 1-3 p.m. Both events will be held at Longstreet Farm, Longstreet Road, Holmdel.

"Nature Scenes of Monmouth County," a multimedia art exhibit, will be on display through Feb. 22 at Historic Walnford, Upper Freehold.
