Talk on psychotropic pharmacology July 16

The Monmouth University, West Long Branch, will present "Psychotropic Pharmacology for Healthcare Providers," July 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Club at Magill Commons.

The program is designed to help practitioners gain an understanding of basic neurobiology and the effect of pharmaceutical treatment on the behavior of individuals with mental health disorders. Presenters will be Laura Kelly, assistant professor at the university's Marjorie K. Unterberg School of Nursing and Health Studies.
