GOTCC presents area students with scholarships

The Greater Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce (GOTCC) held its Scholarship Luncheon in late June during $1,500 scholarship checks were given out to five local graduates. The recipients were Lisa Henderson, Nicole Vitale, Lindsay Chavis and Youna Cho, all Ocean; and Jonathan Cusick, Wall.

Guest speaker was Lawrence Montani from First Interstate Financial Corp., Shrewsbury. He presented two books to each of the winners, "The Race" by Dee Groberg, and "The Strangest Secret" by Earl Nightingale.
