Red Cross Charity Ball slated for April 5 The American Red Cross will hold its black-tieCharityBallApril 5 at 7 p.m. at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel, 1401 Ocean Ave.,Asbury Park. Philanthropic honorees are Morgan E. Cline and Benjamin R. D'Onofrio, Middletown, and community service honorees are Arlene and Phil Fina,Middletown. Cline and D'Onofrio take a particular interest in Alzheimer's disease and fundraising for cancer treatment and research, and made a significant contribution to Monmouth Medical Center Emergency Center, Long Branch. The Finas have volunteered for the Red Cross and various other charities, medical centers and education institutions for several years. Phil is president of ARC ofMonmouth.
