Police find drugs, guns in city home

LONGBRANCH- City police arrested a 62-year-old man on guns and drugs charges after executing a search warrant thismonth.

Members of the Community Policing Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant on March 3 and arrested William Feliciano of Brinely Street.

The warrant follows a detailed investigation and as a result of the warrant, police recovered a .25 automatic gun, a .22 revolver, over 50 grams of marijuana and an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police reports.

Feliciano is being charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession with intent to distribute, possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school zone, possession of a weapon while committing a CDS crime, two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to reports.

Feliciano's bailwas set at $80,000with no 10 percent option,
