Eminent domain decision restores faith
Iwould like to personally thank all our New Jersey judges who have been rendering decisions on eminent domain abuse. Based on the N.J. Supreme Court Gallethin decision, the non-politically connected and the economically struggling are finally getting their property rights returned to them and an even playing field created. Our preceding justices I believe would be in concert with the legal opinions you have rendered and will be rendering on this issue. You have done a great deal to restore my faith in our judicial system. God bless you.
