Robert John Mulligan Mr.Mulligan, 79, of Red Bank, and formerly Little Silver, died Feb. 16, 2008, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was employed at New York Telephone and its successor companies for 35 years. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Ginger; two daughters and sons-inlaw, Valerie andMichael Zusack of Little Silver, and Colleen and RobMangold of Shrewsbury; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Karen Mulligan Jr. of Shrewsbury; and nine grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Church of the Nativity, Fair Haven. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.
