Tickets now available for 'Vegas Vacation' raffle Monmouth County SPCA, Eatontown, will hold a "Las Vegas VIP Vacation" raffle April 12 at 9:45 p.m. during its "Paws Vegas Casino Night" fundraiser at PNC Bank Arts Center, Holmdel. The raffle is for a four-night stay at Wynn Las Vegas, first class airfare, roundtrip limousine, tickets to Cirque du Soleil "Love," dinner at the hotel, a $5,000 gift check, spa or golf day and other activities.
