'Easts MeetsWest'
Eight local Taiwan-born artists are exhibiting their art at the Middletown Public Library through March 31. "East Meets West" consists of oil and acrylic paintings that express themes of both Eastern and Western cultures.

Coming here to study or to run businesses, the eight artists paint together once a week at the Painting Workshop of the Monmouth County Park System under the guidance of artist Grace Graupe Pillard.

The library is located at 55 New Monmouth Road in Middletown.
