Vincent J. McCue

Mr. McCue, 79, of Long Branch, died Jan. 21, 2008, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He was a teacher in Hazlet, and principal atMiddle Road School, Hazlet, for several years, retiring in 1993. He served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was predeceased by a daughter, Carolyn OsmoMcCue. He is survived by his wife, Mary E. Gregory McCue; a son, Thomas McCue; five daughters, Kathy McCue, Jane Lehman, Anne Schepers, Mary L. McCue and Patty McCue; several brothers and sisters; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. Interment was at Mount Carmel Cemetery, West Long Branch. Arrangements were by Hoffman Funeral Home, Long Branch.
