Regina Murphy Harden Mrs. Hurden, 88, of Ocean Grove, died Jan. 6, 2008, at St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center, Long Branch. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she resided in West Long Branch prior to relocating to Ocean Grove in 2003. She was predeceased by her husband, Stephen Hurden Jr., in 1967; and her siblings, Ellen, Marty, Francis, Arlene, Dorothy, Edwina and Gladys. She is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen and Linda Hurden of Oceanport, George and Tracy Hurden of Cheshire, Conn., James and Berta Berry of the Oakhurst section of Ocean Township, and Ted and Nancy Berry of Clearwater, Fla.; a daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Joe Grande of Shrewsbury Township; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Interment was at Evergreen Cemetery, Hillside. Arrangements were by Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch.
