Clothing drive to benefit 'Christmas in February'

The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Holy Trinity in Long Branch is holding a clothing drive on Feb. 9 and Feb. 10 in the parish hall on Prospect Street.

The following items can be dropped off on Feb. 9 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and Feb. 10 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: all usable and wearable clothing, shoes, handbags, belts, scarves, ties, hats, bedding, curtains, tablecloths, towels and stuffed animals.

The items should be dropped off in garbage bags and sorted by men, women and children's clothing if possible. The clothing collected will be redistributed at the "Christmas in February" dinner scheduled to be held on Feb. 17. New, unwrapped toys can also be dropped off for the event.
