School choirs to perform at bookstore Dec. 13

The choir and eighth-grade bell choir of St. Joseph's School, Keyport, will perform and hold storytime Dec. 13 from 6-9 p.m. at Barnes & Noble, Holmdel, in conjunction with the store's holiday book drive.

The drive ends Jan. 1, and customers are asked to purchase books for donation, with this years' recipients Michael's Feat and Jason's Dreams for Kids, Red Bank. Michael's Feat, a nonprofit that supports parents caring for seriously ill newborns, was founded by Dana and Adam Puharic in honor of their late son, Michael. The Puharics' children, Grace, Grant and Victoria, attend St. Joseph's School.
