Anna Masullo DeFaria Mrs. DeFaria, 82, of Long Branch, died Nov. 14, 2007, at home following a short illness. Born in Newark, she relocated to Long Branch in 1970. She was certified in early childhood education teacher, and taught pre-k at Kings Kids for 10 years, and Children of The King Academy for five years, both in Long Branch, retiring in 2002. Prior to that, she was an aide in Long Branch High School for 16 years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was an active member of the Long Branch Senior Citizen Center, and advocate of MTOSA. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Antone in 1996; and a grandchild Cliff Dainty Jr. She is survived by four daughters, Maryann Allegro, Elizabeth Dainty, Andrea Conneely and Annette Mulen; two brothers, Vincent Masullo of Newark and Andrew Masullo of Florida; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Interment was at Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport. Arrangements were by Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch.
