OCEAN TOWNSHIP - Township police arrested and charged Aslin Colin, 20, of Ocean Township, with burglary Nov. 10 after he was observed climbing into a second-floor balcony at the Twin Brook apartment complex, according to police reports.

Ocean Township Police Sgt. Charles Weinkofsky witnessed the suspect, later identified as Colin, enter the apartment through a sliding glass door, according to reports.

Weinkofsky arrested Colin in the apartment's vestibule, and Colin was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold Township. His bail was set at $10,000 with a 10 percent option.
