Arc's 'lunch and learn' series begins Nov. 8

The Arc of Monmouth, 1158 Wayside Road, Tinton Falls, will host a "lunch and learn" series Nov. 8, 14 and 29 from noon-1:30 p.m. The programs are for families of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

"Why Should I Care? Why Advocacy Matters!" will be presented Nov. 8, "Let's Talk Behaviors," Nov. 14, and "Transition From High School to Adulthood: A Process of Discovery," Nov. 29. Experts will discuss issues that affect families, and a light lunch will be served. The programs are free, but registration is required.
