Obituaries Maureen Farmer Campbell Mrs. Campbell, 75, of Middletown, died Oct. 22, 2007, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Newark, she resided in Kearny prior to relocating to Middletown 36 years ago. She was a retired administrative assistant at CBI Equifax, Eatontown. She was predeceased by her husband, John P. Campbell in 1992. She is survived by a son, Jack Campbell of West Long Branch; three daughters, Maureen Jeffers of Baxter, Tenn., Lori Campbell of Middletown, and Kathleen O'Brien of Florence; a sister, Eleanor Daum of Colonia; two brothers, Thomas Farmer of Eatontown, and Patrick Farmer of Monmouth Beach; and six grandchildren. Visitation will be Oct. 25 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. A funeral liturgy will be Oct. 26 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth section of Middletown. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. Loretta Spagnolo Sacco Mrs. Sacco, 74, of Spring Lake, died Oct. 15, 2007, at home. Born in Fondi, Italy, she resided in Deal prior to relocating to Spring Lake three years ago. She and her husband owned Sacco's Restaurant in West Long Branch and Deal. She was predeceased by a brother, Luigi Spagnolo in 1944. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Anthony T. Sacco; a son, Michael A. Sacco, three daughters and two sons-in-law, Barbara and Nicola Lini, Annah Sacco, and Gina and Pasquale Cuppari; her siblings, Franco, Vincenzo, Carlo, Maria, Concetta, Carmina, and Anna; and three grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, West End section of Long Branch. Entombment was at Woodbine Mausoleum, Oceanport. Arrangements were by Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch. Scaliti Mr. Scaliti, 75, of Middletown, died Oct. 11, 2007, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he resided there before relocating to Middletown 35 years ago. He was chief auditor at Royal Bank of Canada, New York City, for 35 years, retiring in 1987. He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a communicant of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth section of Middletown, where he served as a lector. He played softball with the St. Leo Holy Name Society, Lincroft section of Middletown, for 30 years. Mr. Scaliti is survived by his wife, Eileen; three sons, John of Westfield, Mark of Middletown and Matthew of New Brunswick; three daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Mark Grewe of Shrewsbury, Coryn and Charles Henry of Hopewell, and Nadine and Ron Jackman of Hazlet; 11 grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; and a brother-in-law. A funeral liturgy was held at St. Mary's Church. Burial was at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. Mrs. Barrett, 86, of Middletown, died Oct. 17, 2007, at home. Born in Newark, she resided in Hillside, Union and Cranford, prior to relocating to Middletown 51 years ago. She was a member of Middletown Reformed Church, and The Ruth Circle at the church. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Richard Barrett in 2002. She is survived by two daughters and sons-inlaw, Marlys and William H. Potter III of Middletown, and Dorothy and Donald A. Spankuch of Bixby, Okla., two sisters, Hazel Kelly of Little Silver, and Ginger Raimann of Seaside Park; a sister in-law, Helen Grigonis of Belleville; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Middletown Reformed Church. Burial was at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
