Boys & Girls Club Summer by the Sea (l-r) day campers Dazmiere Bellamy, 8, Neptune; and Larhea Childress, 7, and Nasir Perry, 9, both Asbury Park, wait their turn on the trampoline.
Seashore Day Camp hosted the Boys & Girls Club of Monmouth County Summer by the Sea Day Camp when campers visited the Seashore Aug. 17. Boys & Girls Club members enjoyed climbing the rock wall, jumping on the trampoline, trying new jumps off the diving boards and flying down the waterslide. The campers also enjoyed Seashore's famous "Jell-O Day"; played tug-of-war and slip-andslide in yummy green Jell-O. Relaxing by the pool and a barbecue lunch completed the fun day. The Boys & Girls Club of Monmouth County has been located in Asbury Park since 1938 and serves 1,200 children.
