Ocean Township restoration dinner

The Ocean Township Historical Museum will host "A Dinner to Celebrate Historic Restoration." The dinner will honor former Freeholder Theodore Narozanick for his support of historic Monmouth County; William Henderson, for his restoration of the Eden Woolley House, 1939-1979; and Ira Haupt, for his preservation of the Woolley land, 1931-1964.

The event will be held Thursday, Sept. 27, at the Deal Golf and Country Club. There will be cocktails and a silent auction at 6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7:30 p.m.

The cost of the evening is $75, with all proceeds going to the restoration of the Eden Woolley House, the future home of the new Ocean Township Historical Museum. For further information, call the museum at (732) 531-2136.
