Ocean Grove House Tour takes place July 20

This Victorian house will be included on the house tour.

The Ocean Grove Historical Society will hold its 39th annual house tour Friday, July 20.

The self-guided walking tour within the picturesque Victorian community will include eight beautiful and/or historic homes as well as two of the town's well-known tent homes.

Also included will be two inns, a visit to the society's museum and the Centennial Cottage where lemonade will be served in the garden.

The tour begins, rain or shine, at 10:30 a.m. from the museum on Auditorium Square and ends at 4:30 p.m. Transportation to tour stops will be available. The tour is open to adults and children over age 12.

Tickets for the house tour will be available at the museum at 50 Pitman Ave., which is open Monday and Wednesday through Saturday or call the museum at (732) 774-1869 to order tickets. Tickets will also be available through July 18 at Tina's, The Loft and Gingerbreads, all on Main Avenue, and on the day of the tour will be available at the museum, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tickets are limited and early purchase is recommended.
