Oceanport police apprehended Rosser near the Commerce Bank on Monmouth Road. West Long Branch Police Officers Sgt. Paul Habermann, Cpl. Archie Symonds and Patrolman Jayson Moore arrested Ancrum in the woods near the yard. Eatontown police officers also assisted in the search and arrest.
