Immacolata Ciaglia
Mrs. Ciaglia, 74, of Long Branch, died April 21, 2007, at home. Born in San Lupo Benevento, Italy, she resided in Long Branch since 1969. She was a seamstress at Paul Terry Sportswear, Long Branch, for 21 years, retiring in 1995. She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. She was a parishioner at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Vincenzo Ciaglia; a son and daughter-in-law, Pasquale and Rosemarie Ciaglia of West Long Branch; a daughter and son-in-law, Antoinette and Wallace Morales of Long Branch; a sister and brother-in-law, Giuseppina and Lupo Durante of Italy; and four grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Holy Trinity Church. Entombment was at Woodbine Mausoleum, Oceanport. Arrangements were by Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch. Memorial donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Association, 400 Morris Ave., Denville 07834-1365.
Tobin "Bill" Mocci
Mr. Mocci, 87, of Matawan, died April 29, 2007, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Hazlet, he resided there prior to relocating to Matawan in 1948. He was a lifelong farmer and proprietor of Pleasant Valley Farms, Marlboro, for 33 years, retiring in 1986. He was an exempt fireman with Hazlet Fire Department. He was a member of the St. Clement Seniors Group, Matawan. He enjoyed the Yankees, and travel to Florida. He was predeceased by his wife, Rose Mocci in 2006; and three sisters, Nellie Senatore, Elizabeth Palazolla and Ann Keith. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Arlene Mocci of the Wayside section of Ocean Township; two daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and Donald Allen of Naples, Fla., and Marie and Paul Carini of Matawan; three brothers, Frank Mocci of Holmdel, Ralph Mocci of Matawan, and Ernest Mocci of Delaware; two sisters, Connie Devino of Keyport, and Rose Staikos of Holmdel.
Robert Mount
Mr. Mount, 76, of Freehold Township, died April 1, 2007, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Long Branch, he was a lifelong resident of Freehold Township. He was employed by the Clausen Co., Fords section of Woodbridge, and was an appliance serviceman at Fielder and Warner, Belmar, for 30 years. Mr. Mount was also a past president of the North Shore Antique Auto Club. Surviving are two daughters, Laura Blake of Wall Township and Cyndy Howell of LaVergne, Tenn.; a brother, Willard Mount of Brick; five grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren. Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold, was in charge of arrangements. Interment was private.
Barbara A. Musto
Mrs. Musto, 64, of Middletown, died April 24, 2007, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Jersey City, she resided in Long Branch 23 years, and Hazlet 18 years, prior to relocating to Middletown one year ago. She was an alcohol and drug counselor at Monmouth County Social Services, Freehold, for more than 20 years, retiring in 1992. She was predeceased by a brother, William Bannon. She is survived by four daughters and three sons-in-law, Diana and Richard Kleemann of Farmingdale, N.Y., Denise Zitzman of Middletown, Kelly and John DeAngelo of Middletown, and Barbara Anne and Natale Bruno of Lititz, Pa.; a brother, Arthur Bannon of Lebanon Township; a sister, Arlene Retalotto of Hazlet; eight grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters. A funeral liturgy was held at St. Catherine's Roman Catholic Church, North Middletown. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
Kathleen M. Reilly Larson
Mrs. Larson, 74, of Hazlet, died April 25, 2007, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in New York City, she had been a resident of Hazlet for the past 33 years. Mrs. Larson was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald L. Larson, in 2006; three brothers; and a sister. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and Nathan S. Hale III of Eatontown, and Ann-Marie and Aleksander Naeris of Hoboken; and a granddaughter. A funeral liturgy was held at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Union Beach, followed by burial at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
Adelheid "Heidi" Porada Hubka
Mrs. Hubka, 80, of the River Plaza section of Middletown, died April 27, 2007, at home following a battle with lung cancer. Born in Krepna, Germany, she came to the United States in 1953, and resided in several states with her husband, a master sergeant with the U.S. Army, prior to relocating to River Plaza 42 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Charles, in 2003. She is survived by a son, Charles A. of Newton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Gloria and Richard Deucher of Scarsdale, N.Y., and Linda and Marc Natanagara of Ocean; and three grandchildren. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
