Poetry and coffee at the high school

A "coffeehouse" was held at Long Branch High School the evening of March 21.

It was an opportunity for students to showcase their talents including singing, dancing, acting, playing musical instruments and reading poems.

A performance area with tables set up like a coffeehouse was staged in the cafeteria and refreshments were served.

The coffeehouse was open to students, parents and teachers, and was sponsored by the Poetry Club.
