Support groups, fair at center during May

Monmouth Medical Center, 300 Second Ave., Long Branch, will host the Mother-to-Mother support group May 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 from 10-11:30 a.m. The free group is for new mothers, fathers, and children age newborn to six months.

Preoperative tours for pediatric patients having a procedure at Cranmer Ambulatory Surgery Center will be May 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 from 3-4 p.m. To register, call (732) 923-6525.

Tours of the Eisenberg Family Center for expectant mothers will be May 6 and 20 at 1:30 p.m.

The cleft palate support group for parents of children with cleft palates or lips will be May 10. For registration, time or location, call Helene at (732) 923-7653.

"Understanding Options for Rehabilitation" will be May 17 at 2 p.m. Presenter will be Jill Garaffa of Rehabilitation Hospital of Tinton Falls. To register, call (888) 724-7123.

The smoke free support group will meet May 22 from 7-9 p.m.

A community health fair will be May 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In recognition of Older Americans Month, the event will feature representatives from the center's geriatrics, arthritis and volunteer programs.
