Edward Laurino

Mr. Laurino, 87, of Oceanport, died Dec. 14, 2006, at home. He had been a resident of Oceanport for approximately 20 years. He and his brother co-owned a contracting and excavating business in Oceanport for several years, and Mr. Laurino was still employed in his profession. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was predeceased by his wife, Eileen; and a granddaughter, Dawn Byrnes, in 1998. Surviving are two daughters, Carol Byrnes of Forked River and Lee Laurino of Atlanta; three sisters, Frances Perry and Mary Laurino, of Miami, and Nancy Kivet of Tucson, Ariz.; three brothers, Dominick of Eatontown, Robert of Oceanport and John of North Carolina; two granddaughters; and five great-grandchildren. Burial took place Atlantic View Cemetery, Manasquan. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.
