William G. Smith Mr. Smith, 58, of Dexter Township, North Lake, Mich., died Dec. 4, 2006, at home. Born in Long Branch, he resided in the Long Branch and West Long Branch area prior to moving to Dexter Township. He was a Michigan sales representative for Henredon, and Ralph Lauren Furniture. He served on the Dexter Township Planning Commission. He was a Life Scout with Boy Scout Pack 45, West Long Branch. He enjoyed hiking, sailing and reading. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Kathleen Hudson; a daughter, Carmen Smith of Royal Oak, Mich.; his mother, Lorraine Smith of Melbourne, Fla., and formerly the Oakhurst section of Ocean Township; a sister, Diana Crawford of Vero Beach, Fla.; a niece; and a nephew.
