Two-artist exhibit at Beacon Fine Arts

"Passing By" by Nick Berger
An exhibition of works by two major American artists has opened at Beacon Fine Arts Gallery in Red Bank.

The show consists of works new to the gallery by world renowned master painter of Americana Ted Jeremenko and renowned Brandywine/seascape painter Nicholas Berger.

The exhibit will run through Nov. 15 at the gallery, located at 61 Monmouth St.

Having worked for several decades in watercolor, Berger's recent work consists of Hudson River landscapes painted in oil. In this new medium, viewers will continue to find the sensitivity reminiscent of Berger's watercolors, the beauty of his signature detail work, and the subtlety and fine nuances that continue to place his work among the best. Jeremenko's landscapes and seascapes are known for their sense of simplicity and timelessness. Frequent subjects are lighthouses, barns, cottages and village scenes and the artist's focus is on simple, elegant architecture.

Gallery hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Friday, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday 12:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
