Calendar sales make for 'New Beginnings'

All proceeds from the sale of the New Beginnings 2007 calendar will support the mission of the Monmouth County SPCA, Eatontown.

Let holiday shopping commence for the pet lovers among friends, family and even your customers!

The 2007 New Beginnings calendar is available from the Monmouth County SPCA just in time for holiday gift buying.

The popular fundraiser features beautiful black-and-white photos and heartwarming tales of animals adopted from the Eatontown shelter.

At $12, the calendar can be the perfect stocking stuffer for any pet lover.

Supporters of homeless animals will also love the MCSPCA's New Beginnings holiday cards available in two editions: one featuring shelter alumni frolicking on figure skates, the other with rescued animals enjoying a "fur-raising" sleigh ride.

All proceeds from the sale of the cards directly support the MCSPCA's mission of preventing pet homelessness and overpopulation.

The cost is $18 for a box of 16 cards and 17 envelopes.

Calendars and holiday cards are available at the Monmouth County SPCA, 260 Wall St. in Eatontown.

Calendars can also be purchased at Dean's Natural Food Markets, Route. 35 in Ocean and 490 Broad St., Shrewsbury.
