Free beach concert series at Sandy Hook This summer, every Wednesday at 6 p.m. (weather permitting) the 2005 Summer Concert Series will be presented at Beach Area E on Sandy Hook. The series will run from June 22 - Aug. 31 and will feature top local performers. Each week over 2,000 people listen and dance to the music, relax and enjoy picnic dinners. The concerts end promptly at 8:15 p.m. Since 1992, the Sandy Hook Foundation has organized the concert series, and to date over 150,000 people have enjoyed these special evening performances.
