‘Storytime’ at library to begin March 3

Monmouth Beach Public Library, 18 Willow Ave., will offer toddler “Storytime” for children age 2 2/1 to 3 1/2 March 3, 10, 17 and 24 from 2:10-2:30 p.m. Preschool programs for children age 3-5 will be offered Thursdays during March from 1:30-2 p.m. The film “Dr. Seuss on the Loose” will be shown, and a guest reader will celebrate “Read Across America” March 3. “Hold on to Your Hat” stories will be told March 10, and a craft activity will be March 17. Bunny and rabbit stories will be told March 24. (No program March 31.)

Programs for children in grades K-4 will be Thursdays from 3:30-4:15 p.m., beginning with the film “Dr. Seuss on the Loose,” and a multimedia presentation March 3. A multimedia presentation focusing on honesty will be March 10, and focusing on determination March 17. “Nifty Nature Knicknacks” will be presented by the Monmouth County Park System March 24.
