‘Joyful Journey’ art exhibit to open Sept. 15

Denise Weiner, Port Monmouth section of Middletown, will have her works exhibited in “Joyful Journey” Sept. 15 through Oct. 3 at the Monmouth Beach Cultural Center, 128 Ocean Ave. An artist’s reception will be held Sept. 18 from 6-8 p.m.

Weiner’s works consist of watercolors of her travels through France, the Caribbean, and local areas. Also included will be works by her parents, Agnes and Alex DeRosa, daughter Nicole Houston, granddaughter Mikayla Houston, sister Linda Kaufer, and nephews Robert and Daniel Kaufer.
