PRC adds new v.p. of residential development

The PRC Group, West Long Branch, has announced that John Rutkowski has joined the firm as vice president, residential development and construction. Rutkowski has more than 25 years’ experience in project management for residential, commercial, office complexes and municipal applications to The PRC Group.

Prior to joining The PRC Group, the Toms River resident worked at a major developer for 11 years.

He and his wife, Ruthanne, have one son and one grandson.
