ACS ‘Great American Weigh In’ March 3 The American Cancer Society will hold its "Great American Weigh In" March 3 to promote cancer prevention by encouraging individuals to eat well, be active, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Throughout the day, free body mass index screenings and information on cancer prevention will be available at participating Weight Watchers locations nationwide.
