Investigation leads to narcotic arrests

Kilgore Scholarship now available to area students
     The New Jersey Press Foundation, West Trenton, has announced the application deadline for its Bernard Kilgore Memorial Scholarship is Feb. 15. The $5,000 college journalism scholarship is open to New Jersey high school seniors who work on student newspapers.
