Red Bank Catholic High School is now accepting applications for its summer sports camps. The following camps are being offered:

Green and Gold Basketball Camp will run for six weeks starting June 23. Camp hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday at $150 per week.

Green and Gold Football Camp for quarterbacks and receivers will run one week only, July 8-11. Camp hours are 9 a.m. to noon, at $120 for the week (ages 11-14).

Green and Gold Soccer Camp will run one week only, July 28 to Aug. 1. Camp hours are 6-8:15 p.m. at $120 for the week.

Green and Gold Girls Field Hockey Camp will run for one week only, Aug. 4-8. Camp hours are 9 a.m. to noon, at $120 for the week.

The Peninsula Eagles ’92-’93 girls’ soccer team will hold open tryouts for the fall season on May 31 and June 7 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Monmouth Park fields on Port Au Peck Ave. in Oceanport. The Central New Jersey Hot Shots U15 girls’ soccer team will be holding tryouts on June 3 and 5 at 5 p.m. at Middlesex County Vo Tech on Rues Lane in East Brunswick. The 14th Annual Jersey Shore Summer Duals, team and individual competition, will be held from June 30 to July 3 at Matawan Regional High School from 6-10 p.m. The tournament does not include 2003 graduates. The top two teams will advance to the Super Summer Duals at Toms River South High School, on a date to be announced, at no additional cost. Thursday will be the individual competition, which is a double-elimination tournament. Awards will be given to first through fifth places. A new U12 girls’ soccer team is forming for the upcoming fall season in the Monmouth County area. The team is looking for self-motivated girls who want to move up to the next level. This team is being created to offer the opportunity for such girls to train and compete at a higher level.
