Tickets available for SCAN awards breakfast

Tickets are now available for the Senior Citizens Activities Network (SCAN) Learning Center’s 15th annual breakfast meeting and awards presentation June 12 at Sunrise Assisted Living, Route 79, Marlboro. Tickets are $20, and $15 for SCAN members.

Honorees include Monmouth County Freeholder Ed Stominski, who will receive the first John Wanat Leadership Award; Carol Crance of Lord & Taylor, who will receive the Sister Mary Simon Robb Humanitarian Award; Jon Howell, Ed Gorman Volunteerism Award for Community Volunteer of the Year; Beth Stamp, SCAN Teacher of the Year; and Fran Clark, Dolores Schneid, Mary Lanzillo and Toni Lee, SCAN Students of the Year.
